Lifetime Parts Replacement
We guarantee most parts we install for the lifetime of your appliance. All labor and service calls have a 30 day guarantee. To see a detailed coverage list of what our guarantee does and does not cover, click here. This warranty does not include self abuse, overloading or acts of God, electrical power surges, or flooding. We do not guarantee flood loss, flooring or refrigerant leaks. No refunds on deposits for special order parts. The customer is responsible for contacting the manufacturer for any extended warranties they may have. Any parts that are not manufactured by the factory or are no longer available will not be covered under the lifetime warranty and no refunds will be issued by Ace Appliance . Customers must provide original invoice for all warranties to be honored.
