On all qualifying appliance purchases made between November 1, 2023, and December 15, 2023, if it snows 4- inches or more of fresh snow at Ace Appliance Sales & Service (“Ace”), located at 3724 Airport Hwy. in Toledo Ohio 43615 (“Location”), on Christmas day from 7am to 7pm, your total appliance purchase will be refunded based on your total invoice amount. Snowfall total of 4- inches or more at the Location is measured and verified by Avemco insurance company and their selected weather station. All invoice payments will be made to customers that opted into the term’s conditions by their signature for the Snow Promotion by a check from Ace. If the contest terms are completed, you can pick up your check after 40 working days from December 25. 2023. Customers must pick up a refund check from Ace at the Location no later than 2-25-23. You must bring your paid invoice along with a valid driver’s license or another picture I.D. matching the name on the invoice. You will be required to sign a statement at the time you have received a payment for your invoice total as a participant of the Snow Promotion. All checks must be cashed within 30- days of the date they are picked up.
Ace cannot change or alter the terms and conditions contained in this agreement. Qualifying purchases include any major appliances purchased from Ace at the Location; this also includes internet sales at the website AceApplianceShop.com only. Internet purchases from Ace will qualify for the snow program refund only if the purchaser comes to the Location with a valid I.D. and invoice total. They must then sign the contest disclaimer terms & conditions to enter. This must be completed before December 15, 2023 at 4pm. No customer will qualify for the Snow Promotion or be paid for any purchases made at Ace Appliance Sales unless the Terms & Condition snow promotion contract is signed by the customer.
All qualifying appliances must be 100% prepaid by December 16th, 2023 to qualify. There will be a 75% cancellation / restocking fee on any appliances purchased not including tax. Any appliances that have been used or have open boxes cannot be returned. This will include any purchases made during the Snow Promotion which shall run from November 1, 2023, through December 16, 2023.
All terms and conditions in this contract will be fulfilled through the insurance carrier Avemco Insurance and the terms and conditions of that contact shall govern this promotion. A copy of that contact is available for review upon request by any contest participant at Ace Appliance 3724 Airport Hwy. Toledo, Ohio 43615.
